Description: Ginger is also joining us the week of November 9th, and is coming in with Cuddles. Even though they currently live together, they are not too bonded and can be adopted separately. Ginger is up to date on her vaccines, spayed, and on Frontline for flea control. She also has had yearly dental cleanings. Ginger's birthday is 5-5-04, so she is five years old
Ginger was purchased from an online breeder, and it is suspected that she was used as a breeding dog in a puppy mill. When she was first purchased, her back end was very weak and her breathing was very labored. She has since had soft palate surgery so her breathing is much better, and her back end has grown stronger from being able to exercise. Ginger is healthy now, but has been living outside so will need to be potty trained.
Because of Ginger's history, she is shy around people when she first meets them, and is especially shy around men. She will need a patient, loving, quiet home to help her feel safe. Once she gets to know you though, she's got lots of kisses and pug love to share! She can be very affectionate and somewhat mischievous, and her favorite trick is to knock over her bowl and scatter her dinner! Silly girl. Please consider adding this sweet girl to your family. |
