Description: Bella comes to us as an owner relinquishment because she was not getting along with the other Pug in their home. However, Bella is currently being fostered by a professional dog trainer, and most of her issues have been resolved. We think Bella just needed a change of scenery and some consistency.
Bella is 8 years old and healthy. She is crate trained, house broken, and is getting along great with her foster Pug sister, as well as many, many dogs at the doggie daycare where she is going with her foster mom every day for training. Bella is fine with children and really is a sweet little girl. She's on the smaller side, so is only about 14 or 15 lbs.
Bella should do well in a home with another dog, preferably a male or a more submissive or younger female. Her foster mom has generously offered obedience lessons and continued support, at no charge, to Bella's new family to ensure that Bella settles in nicely. Why not consider giving pretty Bella a home of her own for the holidays? |
| New Beginning: Bella's new owner checked in to say they have really bonded quickly since the adoption. She follows me around the house, sits in my lap while I'm watching television or on the computer. She curls up next to me in bed while I sleep. She's sad to see me leave to go to work, but happy to see me and full of energy when I come home. She loves to sit on my lap during car rides and watch the cars go by. She likes my motorcycle too, she jumped up on the seat while I was working on it(She doesn't have a helmet so I can't let her ride). She follows me and watches my every move while I'm in the kitchen, with big puppy eyes. |
